Yes, there have been times where I have felt like that, when I wasn't sure what to do, mostly I feel this way when i am overwhelmed.there have been times where i have made goals that i didnt meet, for example I once made a goal to start brushing my teeth consistently and daily, but failed. It made me feel very bad and disappointed in myself. However there have been times where I have achieved a goal I set for myself. I once made a goal for myself to get a really high mark in my math class and i ended up getting 100% in that class, that made me very happy and feel very good about myself
| Potential Challenges | Potential Solutions |
|---|---|
| Forgetting at night | Set an alarm |
| Feeling lazy/tired | Remind myself it only takes 2 minutes |
| Running late in the mornings | Brush while getting ready |
I have people that will help me pursue my goal, like my friends who I can get to shame me and remind me to brush my teeth, my family members who can both remind me and keep me accountable, and I could get a habit tracking app that could help keep me accountable and remind me.
I will start brushing my teeth more consistently, twice a day, each morning and night. I'll track my progress and have friends and family that will make sure I'm on track and hold me accountable. I will know that I have achieved this goal when I can maintain that habit naturally without reminders or rewards. I will become more confident with myself and my teeth by December 18th 2025.
