1) Reflection

Yes, there have been times where I have felt like that, when I wasn't sure what to do, mostly I feel this way when i am overwhelmed.there have been times where i have made goals that i didnt meet, for example I once made a goal to start brushing my teeth consistently and daily, but failed. It made me feel very bad and disappointed in myself. However there have been times where I have achieved a goal I set for myself. I once made a goal for myself to get a really high mark in my math class and i ended up getting 100% in that class. that made me very happy and feel very good about myself

    I hope to have better hygiene and feel more confident about myself

    Yes, it’s very realistic. I already have the necessary resources, I just need to motivate myself

    Because I have been insecure about my teeth for a very long time, to actually work on this will be very rewarding and meaningful to me

    This goal is significant for me because I have felt insecure and ashamed about my teeth for a long time. By taking a step in the right direction and brushing my teeth daily by doing this my dental hygiene will improve + my confidence will increase.

Support System

I have people that will help me pursue my goal, for example i have my friends who I can get to shame me and remind me to brush my teeth, my family members who can both remind me and hold me accountable, and I could get a habit tracking app that could help keep me on track and remind me.

S.M.A.R.T. Goal Statement

I will start brushing my teeth more consistently, twice a day, each morning and night. I'll track my progress and have friends and family that will make sure I'm on track and hold me accountable. I will know that I have achieved this goal when I can maintain that habit naturally without reminders or rewards. I will become more confident with myself and my teeth by December 18th 2025.

    because my health and energy levels impact my life daily and if i can imporve them my life will improve aswell

    this goal is significant to me because once i start drinking more water i will become more energetic, i will be able to focus better, and my physcal health will improve. it will help me not only feel healthier but feel better over all

    yes my goal is realitic, already have all the art materials i need as well as platforms like instagram and i could get an etsy. i just need to prepare my peices,take good quality photos, and start posting them consistatlty

    because i really like art, its a big passion off mine and selling it allows me to not only get a profit but share my creatvity with others

    this goal is significant to me because it will help me take my cretivity more seriously and show me that i can turn my passions into somthing real. achieving this will boost my confidence and give me financial independence, and most importantly in my opinion, motivate me to keep moving forward and improving as an artist

i have many friends that are also into art that could encourage me and help me stay on track, while also giving me honest and genuine feedback. i can also try and connect with other artists online for both advice and inspiration
